I’m Jane Kelsbie, your local Labor Member for Warren-Blackwood. I’m a Denmark local, and former chief executive of a community-focused not-for-profit organisation, Worklink WA. As a community volunteer, I was the first female president of the Denmark Surf Life Saving Club (2016-2019), where I was on the Committee for seven years. I’m currently the member protection officer, an active volunteer, patrolling member and a member of our local Emergency Response Team. I’ve also volunteered in the arts, event management, and on the Denmark Chamber of Commerce Board. The pandemic has been challenging for all Western Australians, McGowan’s leadership has kept us safe and strong. I'm proud to be your strong local voice to champion the needs of our local communities in Mark McGowan’s Labor team, to put local jobs first, to keep WA safe and strong, and to get things done!
